The Natural Next Step
For thirty years we have stood between India's best spinning mills and the manufacturers who depend on them. In that time we have learnt precisely where yarn goes wrong — the twist that drifts across a lot, the covered yarn whose core shows through, the fancy effect that cannot be repeated on the next order.
Manufacturing was the natural next step. Two divisions now run under our own roof: a TFO twisting floor producing fancy yarns, and an SNZ covering floor producing mono covered elastane yarns. Both are built around the standards we spent three decades asking other mills to meet.
It does not replace our mill partnerships — it sits alongside them. Where a partner mill is the right answer, we still source. Where the requirement calls for something engineered to order, we now make it ourselves.

TFO Fancy Yarn
Texture, twist and character — built on the machine.
Our TFO (Two-For-One) twisting floor produces fancy yarns where the effect is engineered into the twist itself. Running multiple ends at controlled tension, we build slub, loop, spiral and multi-count constructions that give fabric its surface interest — the kind of yarn that decides how a finished garment looks and feels.

SNZ Mono Covering Yarn
Stretch, wrapped and held exactly where it belongs.
On our SNZ single-covering machines, an elastane core is wrapped with a filament sheath under precisely controlled draft and wrap turns. The result is a covered yarn that delivers recovery and stretch without the core ever surfacing — the backbone of every garment that has to move with the body and return to shape.
